Frequently Asked Questions (coming soon)
We’re glad you asked! Prisoners of Hope is a magazine by students, but it’s not just for students. It’s a study of old truths with very present implications. And it’s an ode to the ancient love of God, as unchanging as He is.
And that’s just the beginning. Click here to read more.
Yes! Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each payment period, so you don’t have to do it manually.
When you sign up for the auto-renewing subscription, log into your account, and go to the “subscriptions” tab. Select the subscription and turn off auto-renew. You can also return to this page to manually renew your subscription in the future, if you choose to!
Yes, we can! Please contact us.
Unfortunately, we don’t. We sell our magazines very close to cost price, meaning that we don’t make much profit – and all profits go back into our printing!
While we do encourage you to subscribe if possible, (the cost of a cup of coffee, or half your Spotify subscription), if you can’t afford it, we understand. But we get the student struggle: That’s why we post all issues online, available to read for free, one month after our subscribers receive them. Click here to check it out!
Currently, we’re not able to ship internationally. We are a small team and the shipping and customs fees add up! That’s why we post all issues online, available to read for free, one month after our subscribers receive them. Click here to check it out!
If you sign up on the 14th of the month or earlier, you’ll receive the next month’s issue about two weeks later. (For example, if you sign up on January 14th, you’ll get February’s issue by the end of the month). If you sign up on or after the 15th, you’ll wait an additional month for your first issue.
If you signed up on or after the 15th of last month, because of our printing and mailing schedule, you’ll have to wait an additional month to receive your first issue. But if you signed up on the 14th or before, or if you have been a subscriber for awhile, you should have an issue on the way. It may have been delayed en route.
If you don’t receive anything in the first two weeks of the month, click here to contact us, and we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible!
Because we sell our magazine as close to print cost as possible, our subscriptions make minimal profit. All profits from sales and subscriptions go back into overhead costs (like keeping the lights on for our site so you can order from us!) and then directly into the next printings. But we can assure you that we’ve priced the subscriptions to give you the best deal possible.
Please contact us, using the form on our contact page. We’ll get everything sorted as soon as possible.
